Eight ACTS team members traveled to El Rosario to work with the relatively new staff of the health clinic, to advance work on the pesticide project, to deliver fire equipment to Yoro, and to start planning for this year ‘s Fuerza para el Futuro project. The team held many project planning meetings, including with the Health and Development Committee, with the Clinic Committee, with representatives of Maestro en Casa, with the leaders of the hospital in Yoro, and with representatives of the Honduras Chapter of Partners of the Americas who traveled from Comyagua to El Rosario to share information about our various programs. The team carried donated items including additional needed fire equipment for the Yoro fire department, and also made needed repairs to the clinic and bunkhouse compound. A clinic inventory was conducted, work was advanced on the pesticide facility, and educational programming was discussed with area teachers and the librarian.
